How and where do I pick up my movie tickets?
Movie tickets purchased on Muvico.com can be picked up at the theater box office or through an Automated Box Office machine located in the lobby of certain theaters. For some theaters, you can also print your tickets on your personal printer. Please review your order confirmation page generated by the web site for specific instructions on how to pick up tickets at the theater you are attending. Please be sure to bring the credit card you used to purchase the tickets.

Is it safe to buy tickets on Muvico.com?
Muvico.com uses the latest technology to transmit your credit card information over the internet in a secure and encrypted manner. A solid key or closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser will indicate that you are on a secure page. Please read our privacy policy for more information.

Is there a limit to how many tickets I can purchase?
For each transaction you may purchase up to 10 of each ticket type for a total up to $120 per transaction. These limits are security measures set up to protect our customers.

Can I purchase tickets in bulk quantities to save money?
You can purchase tickets in large quantities to save money. Order your Group Tickets in blocks of 100 at $7.50 each.
